What exactly am I buying?

You are buying a qualified lead from us. The homeowner submits the service request, we verify it, then send a email to you with the customer name, service area and issue they are having. It's up to you if you want to buy the lead. You can buy the lead right from the email that was sent to you.

How many home service professionals receive the same lead?

We only allow 3 home service professionals to get the lead. This means that you are competing with 2 other home service professionals. To help secure the customer, please reach out to the home owner as soon as possible.

What happens if the lead is bad?

If the home owner never responds, duplicate request or the number no longer works, contact us and we'll credit your account with another lead. If the home owner hired someone else outside of PNWHomePros then contact us and we'll credit your account with another lead.

How many leads can I realistically expect?

On average, home service professionals can receive between 10 and 20 inbound leads per month. This is not a confirmed number and leads can vary.

Am I competing with someone who is closer or cheaper?

We limit the home services professionals to 3 per area and per service type category. In some situations, there may be more home service professionals contacted. This usually happens when the 3 home service professionals are too busy to take the lead. At the end of the day we want to make sure that the home owner gets serviced efficiently.
