Our goal is to make it easier for homeowners to find reputable home service professionals for home repairs, maintenance, inspections, improvements, and other property-related needs.

By accessing our website, submitting a home service request, applying to join our home service professionals network, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Description of Our Services

PNW Home Pros operates an online home service referral and lead-generation platform. We help connect homeowners seeking services with independent home service professionals who may be able to meet their needs.

Our services may include:

• Collecting homeowner requests for home services through our website.
• Reviewing service requests and identifying potentially relevant service providers.
• Forwarding homeowner contact information and project details to up to three relevant service providers.
• Vetting and onboarding prospective service providers before adding them to our network.
• Helping service providers discover potential customers in their service areas.
• Providing information about available home service categories and participating professionals.

Service categories may include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical work, roofing, home inspections, heating and cooling (HVAC), landscaping, construction, handyman services, house cleaning, appliance repair, concrete repair, chimney services, and other residential property services.

The availability of services depends on location, provider participation, and the nature of the homeowner’s request. We do not guarantee that a provider will be available for every request.

3. How the Homeowner Referral Process Works

Homeowners may submit a home service request through PNWHomePros.com by providing information about the service they need and their contact details.

After receiving a request, we may review the information and forward the request to up to three home service professionals who appear to offer the requested service in the relevant area.

Participating providers may then contact the homeowner directly to discuss the project, ask follow-up questions, arrange an appointment, or provide an estimate.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will respond, provide an estimate, accept the project, or complete the requested work.

PNW Home Pros does not set the prices charged by providers, negotiate contracts on behalf of homeowners, or require homeowners to hire any particular provider.

Homeowners are responsible for deciding which provider, if any, to hire.

4. Information Submitted by Homeowners

When submitting a home service request, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information to the best of your knowledge.

You may be asked to provide information such as:

• Your name and contact information.
• Your general service location or property address.
• The type of service you need.
• A description of the project or problem.
• Additional details reasonably necessary to evaluate or route your request.

You authorize PNW Home Pros to use the information you submit to process your request and share relevant details, including your contact information, with service providers selected to receive that request.

Providers may use this information to contact you about your requested service.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not necessary to your request.

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The contact details that you submit as a home owner is kept for 30 days. After 30 days that request is deleted from our server. We do retain your email address for our free newsletter campaign that includes tips for home owners. If you do not wish to be included in our newsletter campaign, please Contact Us and we’ll remove you.

5. Independent Service Providers

Service providers listed in or connected through PNW Home Pros are independent businesses or professionals. They are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of PNW Home Pros merely because they participate in our referral network.

Each provider is solely responsible for the services it offers and performs, including:

• Communicating with homeowners.
• Evaluating projects and preparing estimates.
• Establishing prices, payment terms, and project schedules.
• Entering into service agreements with homeowners.
• Obtaining and maintaining applicable licenses, permits, certifications, and insurance.
• Performing work safely and in accordance with applicable laws.
• Addressing complaints, workmanship issues, warranties, and any applicable refunds.

Any agreement for home services is between the homeowner and the selected home service professional. PNW Home Pros is not a party to that agreement unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

6. Provider Vetting and Verification

PNW Home Pros may review prospective service providers before accepting them into our network. Depending on the circumstances, this process may include reviewing business information, service areas, professional qualifications, licensing information, insurance information, references, or other available information.

Our vetting process is intended to help identify suitable providers. However, the scope of our review may vary, and we do not represent that every provider has undergone every possible background check, inspection, or independent verification.

Acceptance into our network does not constitute a guarantee, certification, or endorsement of a provider’s qualifications, financial condition, conduct, availability, or quality of work.

Homeowners should independently verify any credentials important to their project, including applicable Oregon or Washington contractor licenses, insurance, permits, references, written estimates, and contractual terms.

We may suspend or remove a provider from our network at our discretion, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement.

7. Fees and Payments

Homeowners

Submitting a service request through PNW Home Pros is intended to help homeowners connect with relevant service providers. Any fee that may apply to a particular homeowner-facing service will be disclosed before the homeowner is required to pay it.

PNW Home Pros does not determine the price of work quoted by independent service providers.

Service Providers

PNW Home Pros may charge participating providers fees for eligible leads, referrals, or other agreed services.

Provider fees, lead pricing, billing arrangements, payment deadlines, refunds, and any applicable dispute procedures may be established in a separate rate sheet, provider agreement, or other written terms supplied to the provider.

Providers are responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable commercial terms before participating in paid services. If a separate written provider agreement conflicts with these Terms and Conditions, the separate agreement will govern the conflicting provider-specific provision to the extent permitted by law.

Unless otherwise stated in an applicable written agreement, PNW Home Pros does not collect payment on behalf of providers for home services performed directly for homeowners.

8. No Guarantee of Leads, Work, or Results

PNW Home Pros does not guarantee:

• A minimum number of service requests or leads.
• That a lead will result in a phone call, appointment, estimate, or paying customer.
• That a homeowner will respond to a provider.
• That a provider will receive exclusive access to a homeowner’s request.
• That any particular project will be awarded to a provider.
• That a homeowner or provider will enter into or complete a transaction.

Lead volume and results may vary based on homeowner demand, geographic location, seasonality, service category, provider availability, and other factors outside our control.

9. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use PNWHomePros.com lawfully and in good faith.

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or intentionally inaccurate information.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Submit service requests for purposes unrelated to a legitimate service need.
• Use the website to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or user information.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect personal information without authorization.
• Introduce malicious software or interfere with website operations.

Submitting a service request does not, by itself, constitute consent to unrelated marketing communications where separate consent is required by law.

Any marketing emails, text messages, automated calls, or other promotional communications must comply with applicable legal requirements, including applicable consent and opt-out rules.

Users who receive marketing communications may use the unsubscribe or opt-out method provided in the communication, where applicable.

11. Third-Party Relationships and Disputes

PNW Home Pros provides a connection service. We do not directly perform plumbing, electrical, roofing, inspection, construction, cleaning, landscaping, or other home services through this referral platform.

Any disagreement concerning estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, property damage, injuries, payment, cancellations, warranties, or the performance of a project should generally be addressed directly between the homeowner and the service provider involved.

Although we may choose to assist with communications or review a complaint, we are not obligated to resolve disputes between users and do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PNW Home Pros is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
